Description

These are Bambu Studio and Orca Slicer profiles for the E3D Revo High Flow 0.4mm Obxidian nozzle installed in the BIQU Panda Revo Hotend. This nozzle include the BondTech CHT high flow technology licensed by E3D.

 

This is a work in progress. I'll update as I calibrate my filaments.

Details

I've provided standard printer nozzle profiles for the P1P, P1S, and X1C to be imported into Orca Slicer or Bambu Studio. The provided filament profiles will be constrained to the printer definitions to avoid cluttering the slicer when using other nozzles. 

 

My filament profiles are tuned for flow ratio, linear/pressure advance, maximum volumetric flow rate, and, if needed retraction. Custom start gcode is included that will apply the linear/pressure advance (K) value when you print.

 

I'll add profiles for filaments I have as I have time to add them. 

Downloading & Installing 

To download the configuration files click on Download STL.

To import the profile into your slicer, go to File → Import → Import Configs… and select a downloaded file. 

 

Usage

  1. Download the nozzle profile for your printer under the heading Printer Nozzle Profiles
  2. Download tuned filament profiles.
  3. Import the profiles into the slicer. 
    1. For non-Bambu filaments, check that it says there are 2 profiles imported. If only 1 profile is imported you need to do it a second time.
  4. Select the nozzle and the filament and slice and print
