Description

This is a remix of the Super Fancy board for the Hextraction game from Zack Freedman, a fantastic open-source game where bead go through a series of tunnels created by the hexagonal tiles each player gets to place. You can choose from over a hundred of tiles to print.

For your information the original board by Zack Freedman has 22 slots (https://thangs.com/designer/ZackFreedman/3d-model/Hextraction%20Game%20Boards-856519) but Inaudable has created “The Super Fancy board”, which has 27 slots (even more fun) and features an awesome system of gutters, legs and extras than make the board even better: https://thangs.com/designer/Inaudable/3d-model/Super%20Fancy%20Remix%20of%20the%20Hextraction%20Game%20Board-955813

I have remixed the grid and reorganized the parts so they fit on an A1 mini.

This file includes the grid, composed of 4 parts that must be glued together to make 5 columns of 5, 6, 5, 6 and 5 hexagons (see last picture).

Cyanoacrylate glue is highly recommended.

To play the game, you need to print:

  1. The grid with 27 slots (this entry);
  2. The structural parts and accessories (see my other entry) that work with the grid with 27 slots;
  3. A set of of game tiles (see my other uploads as well as the ones from others), the more the better.
