This is a nautilus-shaped gear set, a fun fidget toy.
Based on the model made by C. Yamahata on sketchfab.com, it was modified to suit 3D printing.

Nice print but I think the clearances are a little too generous or maybe the gear profile is a little off, because the gears can easily disengage at one point.
