Introducing the SpectroTube Customizable lamp!
Finally a mini version of Zhulong lamp that fits on the A1 mini! An easy to print, customizable lamp with an intuitive design. It allows you to change the panels, adapting the lamp's style based on the mood you want to create. This lamp requires no extra hardware—just around 1.5 meters of LED strip. The assembly is straightforward, ensuring a hassle-free experience. More designs are coming soon for various occasions, allowing you to refresh your lamp's look regularly.
Available in two versions:
Please check the photos for size comparisons.
All panels originally released with the Zhulong lamp have been resized to fit the mini version. Additional premium panels, available in both large and mini versions, can be purchased on my Patreon store page.
Print instructions:
I recommend using the Textured PEI Build plate.
Print profiles are available for both the main structure and the panels. You can choose between a 4-plate and a 2-plate version. While I personally printed the entire lamp structure using only 2 plates, I recommend using the 4-plate version if you experience adhesion issues.
Non-AMS print profiles include a preprogrammed pause to switch from white to a color of your choice.
Main structure parts:
1: Base
2: Lid
3: Diffuser
4: LED channel
5: Cable plug
6: Screws
Please wait until the build plate has cooled down before attempting to remove the canvas.
Colors:
2 color option
2 color prints are possible without the AMS
Print 2 0.2 layers of white and swap to black or another color of your choice for the rest. alternatively use the included Non AMS print profile
AMS
Changing the colors of the canvases is extremely simple and can be done directly from the app or the slicer.
Assembly:
This shows the assembly of the large lamp. Its the same way for the Mini version
All parts thread together. No glue or extra hardware needed!
Start with tightly sticking the LED strip around the LED channel. Make sure to lead the USB connection to the bottom (Thread side)
Installing the Canvas on the Main Structure:
This is most challenging part of assembly . However, with a bit of patience, anyone can complete this step. If you encounter any difficulties during assembly, please don't hesitate to reach out to me for assistance.
Please follow the pictures below for the rest. Its pretty straight forward. Let me know if you have any questions.
