Description

Summary

Kitchen sponge dryer.
I made this project for myself but maybe someone else will also find it useful.

Hi guys, lately i have some comment about the Sponge dry box that printing overhangs without support didn't work. I really apologize for my mistake, I should have been paying more attention. Hope you guys will still like and use my design in the future.

So i suggest the update print setting,

****Update printing Setting

Print Settings

  • Printer brand: Kingroon
  • Printer: Kingroon KP3S
  • Supports: No ( if you are using different printer with mine, you should using support, tree support will using less fillament)
  • Resolution: 0.1 or 0.2 (0,28 Resolution is fine but will show on the front slope)
  • Infill: 10-20%

Hi Mouspad, i think the front was not sticking and warping because there was because of thermal deformation. When plastics heat up, they expand. When they cool, they shrink. i suggest to add brim or add some glue/hair spray to the build plate. And i'm using printer Kingroon KP3S so when i'm printing i don't need support but i don't know why when using other printer, there is some issues with the support, i'm still trying to find the reason for this. Hope you still like and download my design. Thank you so much

Same for me. I tried in different orientations, but it always fails. I also tried slicing it standing upright on it's back with supports enabled, since there is also a warning from the slicer that supports are necessary, but when setting it to "Normal (auto)" the result looks like it would be a nightmare to clean up, I guess the surface would look bad as well and it's then using a lot of filament, too (like double!). So I didn't want to print it like this tbh. But the model looks really great and would suit my needs... @Nhat2001 Can you please provide an actually working print profile with it? Thanks!!

Replying to @Moe555 :
Hi Moe, can you tell me what brand of your printer and fillament?? I suggest to put the resolution at 0.1 (0.2 is ok but will show on the front slope), Infill - try 10-20%. If you are using printer that different with mine, you should setting support, using "tree support" will using less fillament

Le dessus est parfait ,j'ai les filament de dessous qui ne sont pas collés. La prochaine fois je le ferai avec des supports pour voir si c'est mieux
