I used .4mm nozzle and .2mm Strength profile on Bambu Studio which is 6 walls and 15% infill. The infill doesn't matter too much, but the walls do.
Print orientation is how it should be when downloaded.
I use tree supports because they come off much easier from my experience.
How and Why I made It
The right mount has a 32mm magnet hole and the left has a 25mm magnet hole.
I used the control clip from the object I remixed and the magnet mount from,
https://www.printables.com/model/661157-quest-3-gunstock-adapters-for-sanlaki-gunstock
with some changes to make it fit 25mm and 32mm magnets.
I tried out https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5902359 , but it was way too delicate and snapped instantly even with 100% infill. Then I tried out https://www.printables.com/model/661157-quest-3-gunstock-adapters-for-sanlaki-gunstock , but the controller mount was way looser than I wanted. So I combined the clipped from the first one and the magnet mount from the second one with much stronger arms.
I found this was a much better system than all of the mounts I've tested.
I wanted to print the official Quest 3 Sanlaki mount (one from the website), but when I asked for the stl, they understandably said no because they didn't want it to be stolen. I could have bought the mount for like $30, but that's kinda a lot. So here is what I came up with after some trial and error.
I also added cutouts for these quest controller straps that I use and recommend. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CJRTFGQR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?th=1
