这是一款由专业设计师设计的男款时尚太阳眼镜,眼镜架灵感来源于华硕LOGO(败家之眼)充分结合实际产品设计流程,对眼镜的各部分结构进行了充分设计和验证,加高了眼镜鼻托以适应亚洲人脸部,眼镜腿尾端做了加厚设计以增加尾端的重量和头部贴合防止脱落。无需支撑即可3D打印。也无需任何额外的金属配件装配。眼镜架做了加厚设计,有更高强度不易折断可以使用更久的时间。眼镜架做了斜面设计增加面部立体感,同时眼镜架的铰链做了充分的加大防止断裂,同时无需金属螺丝,只需要剪一段1.75mm直径的PLA耗材丝即可充当铰链转轴。当然也可以加装金属螺丝。尺寸适合大部分成年男性,眼镜架总宽度为150mm。眼镜腿长度145mm。眼镜腿与眼镜框倾角9°。眼镜框尺码58□18-145.装配指引:1.请剪一段1.75mm直径的PLA耗材丝即可充当铰链转轴.2.请用吹风机对眼镜腿中部进行加热后,手工对眼镜腿进行弯曲(可以参考俯视图片).

The glasses frame is inspired by the ASUS LOGO (Prodigal Eye) and is fully integrated with the actual product design process. The structure of each part of the glasses is fully designed and verified. The nose pads of the glasses are designed to adapt to Asian faces, and the tail ends of the glasses legs are thickened to increase the weight of the tail ends and fit the head to prevent them from falling off.It can be 3D printed without supports.There is also no need for any additional metal fittings.The glasses frame has a thickened design, which has higher strength and is not easy to break and can be used for a longer period of time.The glasses frame has a bevel design to increase the three-dimensionality of the face. At the same time, the hinge of the glasses frame has been fully enlarged to prevent breakage. At the same time, no metal screws are needed. You only need to cut a piece of 1.75mm diameter PLA filament to serve as a hinge axis.Of course, metal screws can also be added.The size is suitable for most adult men, the total frame width is 150mm.The temple length is 145mm.The angle between the temples and the frame is 9°.Eyeglass frame size 58□18-145. Assembly instructions: 1. Please cut a piece of PLA filament with a diameter of 1.75mm to serve as a hinge shaft. 2. Please use a hair dryer to heat the middle of the temples, and then bend the temples manually ( Please refer to the top view picture).
