Description

This Phaser is based on UnimatrixRed's Star Trek Discovery Phaser from Printables remix.

The origin design is from ajethridge from Thingiverse

Magnets that i used:

  1. For the type 1 and body: 8x 5x5mm > Brudazon 25 Mini Scheiben-Magnete 5x5mm N52 Neudym
  2. For the magazine: 8x 6x2mm > BTLIN Neodym-Magnet Extra Stark 6 mm x 2 mm

Other materials used:

  1. ARKA Kraftprotz Sekundenkleber extra stark FLÜSSIG
  2. Everglue Aktivator Spray Aushärtungsbeschleuniger (falls benötigt)

 

Filaments that i used:

  1. Bambu PLA Sparkle
  2. Bambu PLA Basic
  3. Sunlu PLA+ Silk Silver (Printprofile: Generik PLA SILK)
  4. Sunlu PLA+ Silk Light Gold (Printprofile: Generik PLA SILK)
  5. Bambu PLA Basic Cyan

Print Settings:

  • BambuLab X1C with AMS
  • Resolution: 0.12 High Quality
  • Wall: 2 lines
  • Infill: 15% Gyroid (can be different - settings by printplate)
  • Temperature: 230° C for filament
  • Temperature: 60° C Heatbed
  • Printplate: BambuLab Textured
  • Support: Partial support - objects or pressure plate is preconfigured accordingly

I mean this thing is awesome. I would say, that you should print as many objects as you can vertically to get the best quality. Also for the sprint, you can literally use any spring. It doesn't even need to fit into the hole for it. I think some of the smaller parts can be refined. Like the flip up on the phase 1 is just too small. A different mechanism would be better I think.
