I designed all the badges for easy sanding and painting, ever badge consists out of 2-3 parts marked with 1-1, 1-2 etc. i also included a "paint Stick", use super glue and glue it on the back of every printed part, it makes it much easier to paint it that way.

You should print every part with a really small resolution and speed, I used 0.12 layer high and 30mm/s (with 0.4 nozzle) if you use a smaller nozzle you probably get better corners and details.

If you painted some badges with spray paint and they look really good, post a make, I want to see how they look :)

Edit: the plan to make more badges failed, I lost all my progress in a big data corruption (I lost a lot of other stuff to)
I just don't have time to make everything again, maybe someday in the future I will add more.
