Description

I designed this model to be able to store stuff without having to worry that it will collapse under its own weight.

Some improvements are:

  • Easier connections between parts
  • Some overhang support for a cleaner print
  • A top flat plate
  • how about that it is parametric?

Printing

You can either:

  • download the STLs (it will fit wine bottles)
  • “change parameters” in the Fusion 360 file to suit your own needs.

Does not need supports.

Assembly

Assembly is easy, should work even if your printer is not calibrated.

The connector goes somewhere on the crosses, I suggest using a few depending on height.

Note: This is not a remix, thank you for the inspiration.

Overhangs didn't come out very clean. But I was really amazed at how much filament was needed! It's probably supposed to be sturdy, but I felt like it was overkill. I thought I could do it with some leftover filament. But then it brought two remaining rolls and a third. Unfortunately it ended up in the trash afterwards because I chose a different model. With six holders that would have been way too much filament for me. But you can see the required filament before printing.

Indeed i preferred to make it strong, it can potentially be optimized; however, you can whip out your own , you have access to the f3d file

Great model, thank you! With this one i actually feel fine stacking full wine bottles, unlike other models I’ve seen. I think 2 walls with .42mm lines is strong enough for my needs and uses about 20% less filament 👍
