With this project, you can easily create your own automated watering system using 3D-printed parts and common electronics. No need to break the bank – just download the files, print the components, and follow our simple instructions to assemble your device.
The device takes care of all sorts of plants and is adaptable to every plants needs. Just adjust the value when it starts or stops watering.
But the benefits don't stop there – this project also includes a nifty notification feature. Receive email alerts when it's time to refill the water reservoir or if any issues arise, ensuring your plants are always well cared for, even when you're away.
Installation is a breeze – simply insert the moisture sensor into the soil and attach the device to the side of your pot. It's a compact and lightweight solution that can be powered either by batteries or a wall socket, offering flexibility for any environment.
It can be powered by Wall socked (5v Phone charger) of with 3 AA Batteries.
Simply Plug it in and the battery will stay fresh till you plug it out. Then the battery will take over automaticly (be aware, it does not charge the batteries).
Battery power lasts about 3 Month in my tests.
