Knomi V2 Display Mount for the Voron Stealthburner

This is a revised design of my Kenny Mod 2 to accept the Knomi V2 Display.

Additional enhancements from the previous iteration:

1. Increased side venting by 1mm to allow greater air flow to the 5015 PCF.
2. Revised\improved the part bridging details.
3. Upgraded the Bridging helper integrated supports with dual bridge supports.
4. Included Modifier Primitives to specify each aperture bridging direction. Setting suggestions created in Orca Slicer.

I have included a Fusion\Step file for further customisation.

I have installed & tested the stock version. I have not prototyped the Rapido UHF version so this should be treated has work in progress.

Installation

The installation is the same has the previous version so please refer to the installation guide from the following design:

The antennae cable is an addition in the V2. refer to the Knomi V2 installation manual for reference to installing on the rear side of the 5015 Part Cooling fan.

Printing

1. The integrated helpers\supports are set to a 0.2 mm layer height & a 0.4 mm nozzle.
2. Please see the modifier primitive setting suggestions in the upload to further improve the bridging finish.
3. I have included two small nipples on the lower inside face of the Display Collar to allow some adjustment to the seating of the Knomi display PCB. These may require some shaving or removal to adjust the placement of the display.
4. There is also an integrated support part to the display collar. This will require removal prior to the assembly.

All parts printed in Hatchbox Red & Orange ABS.
