Description

This is a more universal version of the "Desiccant container for Spool" model originally made for Bambu Lab spools, which in turn was based on the model created by Gdrag.

This container can hold the silica bags that usually come with new spools (it's a way to recycle that material) or the famous recyclable silica beads. The print is simple and without supports, and it doesn't require much material.

This model was created as an addition to another project I developed called "SpoolBox" or its more advanced version "SpoolBox for Prusa MMU". Bambu Lab Version coming very soon.

 

If you have a dryer, this can be an excelente complement to it to maintain humidity levels low.

what to do with a tiny bit of leftover filament, and requiring the spool for another role? just print a dessicant holder. always nice to have.
