Description

I designed this because I was planning on enclosing my Ender 5 Plus. There are some good options out there but I wanted to make something that was all one piece. Like stated in the title it is print in place. I added a wing on the middle piece to prevent over extension of the door. It screws in to a 20x20 extrusion using m3x15 bolts and t nuts. The holes are oversized so it is possible to squeeze m4s in as well (May need to drill the holes slightly larger). My original plan was to use plexiglass and drill holes so it fit flush on the frame. If you plan to do something similar be very careful with your measurements as there is a slight gap due to the "wing".

Notes on this:
Use auto generated supports for the overhangs on the sides and between the hinge pieces but not for the holes,
Additionally, use supports for the top of the pin where it is at an angle, but not for the bottom part where it is flat or you could fuse the entire part together. I originally did this with paint on supports in PrusaSlicer and it worked just fine.
There is .4mm of space between each part of the model I didn't bother trying to remove the supports from there myself as there isn't much of a need to.

edit: Never actually followed through with that project if it works for you, or if it needs adjustment, please let me know.
