Required parts for one box:

(the links contain the materials I use. buy wherever you want)

Required parts for the pipe shelf:

  • FiBo - Pipel Shelf Mounts (as many as you need)
  • 4x 6mm screws for each mount (and matching dowels, if required)
  • 2x 25mm (3/4") aluminum pipe

... the rubber cord spool is also available here without FiBo branding: Small Spool for 1mm Rubber Cord by Piddey - MakerWorld

Additional sizes available:

In the “Downlaod STL” section, there are boxes available for multiple sizes. The size informatio in mm represents the spool thickness.

Let me know if you have any issues.

Notes:

Supports are required for:

  • the *Ball Bearing Pins" in base and lid
  • the pipe shelf, if printed lying (what is suggested for strength)
  • Depending on your printer's 'bridging skills' you should also add some supports to the Filament sample slot on front of the lid.

The Pipe Shelf Mounts should be printed stronger!

I used the following settings:

  • Layer: 0,2mm
  • Perimeters: 3
  • Top/Bottom Layers: 6
  • Infill: 50%
  • Filament: PETG/PLA

Rubber Cord Spool and Assembly Station do not require any supports.
