This blast gate fits seamlessly into a pipeline made of HT-DN50 pipes. I modified the design from DatumCAD to make it work for my application.

Everything except the flange side can be printed support-free and I designed the flange side with custom supports so that it can be printed with PETG and PLA as support. After printing, you have to add a seal like this:

I printed it in PETG but PLA should also work.

The following screws and nuts are required to assemble the blast gate.
- 1x M4x14mm Socket Head Screws & Nut
- 2x M3x16mm Socket Head Screws & Nuts
