Description

EN:

New version of my previous models. I made a flight which has curved sides so the dart will spinn when flying. It works pretty well and is nice to watch.

The thread used is BA2 (standard thread for darts) and can be screwed perfectly.

I highly recommend printing with PETG due to its strength. However, with a very, very strong throw, it can happen that the rear part of the shaft-flight-shaft system breaks off on the thread. In this case, I recommend heating a thin screwdriver or similar with a lighter and carefully unscrewing the thread.
If the support material causes an unclean surface on the upper part of the flight, it can be refinished with fine sandpaper.

If you like the model, feel free to follow me. In the future I will create and upload other flights and the like.

DE:

Neue Version meiner vorherigen Modele.

I'm sorry to hear that. I never had such problems. It may help to increase the diameter of the support material used for adhesion or to make other adjustments to it. If that doesn't work, you can try using the BambuLab glue stick to increase the adhesion. If none of this works, I recommend rotating the model in the slicer by 180 degrees and printing it with support material on the flight. However, a rough surface is to be expected, depending on the material you print with.

I'm going to try to print the v1.2 with the same PETG and your settings. The only difference is that I'm using an A1 mini. As soon as these are finished I'll try to rotate and then try a raft if that fails. Thanks for responding!

When I flip it 180 it errors due to the shaft section that is floating inside the flight. I turned on tree support, so hopefully that helps. Could you extend that internal part all the way to the end or make it touch the blades on the inside?
