Description

I love uhltimate OTF Fidget Knife - only 3 Parts so much !!

but my finger keep messing with the mechanism

so here is a Closed Case remix

Update From Requests

14/05/24 : Added Comb and Guided version

15/05/24 : Added Back Case Only version on two plates (Guided or Not) and STL files

30/05/24 : Stronger Spring

also made a knuckle duster but have to replace the dangerous part with TPU if anyone interested ? i joined the picture…

@Woogie Thanks for your picture :) Very Nice in Yellow !! Tolerance is needed for the blade to slide , i cannot see from your picture so have you tried the guided version ? it's slightly less loose

Strength Issue:The locking mechanism isn't strong enough. those little tabs don't hold the blade enough to build up the spring pressure. fit and finish is nice but doesn't function 95% of the time.

difficult to put together but definitely worth the print

Thanks for your comment :) For easy installation I slide the cover in the case from the action button part to the bottom then clip the top

@CanadianBaconPr i added the profile for the knuckle duster with two version one is removable spikes so they can be TPU the other with fixed spikes but some fun is lost adding serious threat

Prints well, and is a fun little gadget play with. Be sure to print the spring in PLA. I found printing it in PETG made it too flexible and caused misfires most of the time. This is likely common knowledge, but I learned the hard way.

Works 90% of the time. sometimes it does not fully open or close. Which makes the knife blade loose.

Thanks for your comment i'll look into it, i tried my best to keep the original mechanism intact as the blade and spring are unchanged and only made extension to the case without altering the original properties so i'll post un update if i see anything ...
