Inspired by the challenge in S46 E2 of Survivor, this miniauture version of the puzzle is fun, yet very challenging.

There are 25 parts in total: 1 base, 2 collumns, and 22 pieces that make up the 11 letter blocks. Each letter block has a side with one letter, extruded outwards, and another letter on the reverse side, cut extruded into the block. This makes it so that when the puzzle is solved, the word “PERSISTENCE” will be spelled on both sides.

I printed this puzzle on the Prusa Mk 4, and because the letter pieces did not print perfectly, it is very challenging to line them all up in a way so that the arch stays upright. Be on the lookout for v2 of this print, where the # of pieces will be decreased, and the puzzle may be slightly modified to make this puzzle a difficult, but still reasonable, challenge.

Assembly:

1. Glue the collumns to the base
2. Glue the back of the extruded (letter sticking out) P piece to the back of the cut (letter cut into piece) E piece
3. Continue the process in step 2 with the following pieces:
