Description
Here's a Paw Patrol Chase name plate I recently made for my son. I set it up so it can be personalized to your specific needs, just use the “Add Text” Feature in Bambu Studio to add the desired name, print it and get ready to be your kid's personal hero!
It's a 3 piece print - badge, name banner and Chase. All three pieces utilize AMS, the dog even two AMS for a maximum of 8 colors. I printed it in Bambu Lab Basic PLA (Black, Red, White, Cyan), PLA Glow in the Dark (Yellow) and PLA-CF (Lava Grey), the two brown tones are Sunlu PLA+ (Chocolate & Burl Wood) which worked flawlessly as well using the generic PLA profile.
The print is set up for one piece per plate, Chase has been printed face side down (using the PEI Smooth Plate) but you could try to flip it and use ironing - your choice. Use CA adhesive to connect the pieces, to maximize adhesion between badge and name banner not only apply adhesive on the flat side but also on the short sides.
