I like the wiper model by jocin_.
Since i dont have the any wiper for the A1 (mini) but some model silicon i thought “why not … why should i not mold my own wiper”.
But silicone is known for not sticking to anything and fumbling the silicone part into this fragile tray can be … lets say troublesome.
So the best bet is to mold it in place.
I modified the tray so the silicone can't be pulled out without extensive force. The room for the silicone is als a bit bigger.
Supports are needed at exactly the same places as jocin_ described it.
The mold is designed to produce 4 trays at once. The top layers on the mold (both parts) should be ironed.
After printing the Trays you need eventualy file a little bit, since the thin wall at the 5,5mm hole may colapse a bit.
And so the tray will not fit into the mold.
Note*: use some sort of mold release agent on the mold, or you may have a hard time to remove everything.
But do not use this on the trays.
