Here is a 2" prop version of my Skele7on series of ultra light micro drones.
It has an optional prop guard that adds about 7g weight - on 3S with 1103 10000kv motors it screams, even with the guard on.
This is designed to print in polycarbonate. It should work in a good nylon-cf filament too.
