作为一个超级机器人大战的狂热爱好者,很遗憾很多机体都没有模型实体化,借由fdm3d打印技术,将自己设计的各机体图纸分享给大家,希望大家能够喜欢。

作为第一弹图纸分享,制作的是本人很喜欢的伊甸王,此次分享的图纸为50%大小比例,需要使用0.2mm喷嘴进行打印。如果需要使用0.4mm喷嘴进行打印100%放大版本,可将我分享的3mf里的部件放大。因为所以零件的组装采用方块定位,不论打印任何大小比例,大家可以先将除去定位方块的零件打印出来,使用卡尺测量空洞尺寸,再合理缩放定位方块,这样不论什么比例的大小,都可以尽可能的缩小打印公差。

 

As an avid fan of Super Robot Wars, I regret that many of the mecha designs lack physical models. Leveraging FDM 3D printing technology, I’ve decided to share my own designed blueprints for various mecha with everyone. I hope you all enjoy them.

For this first blueprint sharing, I’ve created a model of the Eden King, a personal favorite of mine. The shared blueprint is at a 50% scale, and it requires a 0.2mm nozzle for printing. If you wish to print a 100% enlarged version using a 0.4mm nozzle, you can scale up the components within the 3MF file that I’ve provided.

Since the assembly of all parts utilizes square positioning, regardless of the print size ratio, you can start by printing the parts without the positioning squares. Then, use calipers to measure the dimensions of the cavities and adjust the positioning squares accordingly. This way, regardless of the chosen scale, you can minimize printing tolerances as much as possible.

안녕하세요, 나중에 이 문제를 해결할게요. STL 파일이 필요하시다면, 3MF 파일에서 이 작은 원기둥을 삭제한 후 STL로 내보낼 수 있어요.

真不错!先下载了,等下慢慢打。请问作者,用0.4mm的喷头打印现有模型,会引起公差偏差吗?还是只是模型质量会差一些?0.2的头太容易堵了,想用0.4的打,哈哈

0.4我推荐把模型放大一些大,有些很小的细节 0.4会胡掉,组合公差不需要考虑,因为组合的填充都是小方块,0.4我打的也没问题
