I re-designed the PrintDry D-Spool (https://www.printdry.com/product/d-spool/) ends to fit into the AMS.
I had a roll of filament that didn't fit the AMS. I had respooled 3 of these rolls on the D-Spools. When I went to place them into the AMS, they wouldn't fit; so I designed these.
The sides measure 200mm in diameter with a center hole of 55mm. The same as the Bambu spools.
There are 3 pegs which fit into the larger hole of the center hub. They should be secured with a little ca glue. They float in the axles with the larger holes.
The smaller holes in the center hub get screwed into the other axles.
Don't forget to print 2x. Once for each side.
The print takes about 1.25 hours with a 0.4mm nozzle. I printed mine out of ASA with a brim on the PEI plate.
The brim is probably not needed, but I didn't want to chance it.
