Summary

This is a add-on set to work with Spooler holder (by pbannister) from Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2844702).

I didn't like the play in the spool holder, (my bearings slid around the inside too much) so I designed and endcap, center bearing spacer (for 2 bearings) and new mount for the TronXY X5S frame (made longer to be able to attach to the frame with the spool hold in place).

I printed the endcap and frame mount with a 0.2mm layer height and 100% infill. I printed the center bearing spacer with 0.2mm layer height and 10% infill. The endcap can probably be printed with low infill. And the center bearing spacer I printed with 10% infill.

A couple of the parts may require supports in a few areas. Just use you judgement.

The parts are made to use with the original bolt and nuts that came with the printer. You may need to press the nut into the frame mount and the bolt head into the end cap.Also the threaded part of the bolt may also need to be screwed through the holes. I have not tried the TronXY X5S Spool Holder End Cap V1.1 or V1.2 they were added with a little extra inner length.
