The weight from all the segments I used was too much. I made a bracket which can be screwed or double sided taped, to a surface. It uses 5mm x 2mm magnets(4)  to close the bracket around the flexi tube. It is a nice and tight fit around the midsection of the flexible  tube sections.

This IS tapered where it meets the tubing segments, so, be careful to orient it the correct way. Screw holes for mounting are 3mm in diameter.
