Added two slots for M3 nuts. One nut is put during pause of printing, another nut is put when installing after printing.

Max. of M3 screw length is 12mm (the non-exposed slot one)

Thanks for the original creator, because I couldn't find enough Y-splitter that doesn't require extra components.
