Description

Turn your purge waste into MakerWorld coins with this coin press!

Print in 100% infill PETG (or other more heat resistant material), heat up 4 - 6g of PLA purge and press it into a coin shape.

Note: When assembling the 3 parts, ensure the diamond in the centre of the coin is facing the same way and/or the printed seams are aligned - it won't fit together in a different orientation.

Inspired by lcqg's spinning top mould. They have a great write up on the process so definitely check that out:

Also check out my other purge related model to help you sort and store your purge waste by colour so it's ready to be transformed into models like this in the future! https://makerworld.com/en/models/416748#profileId-319038

What's the poop weight recommanded for your mold? 6gr like the spin mold?

yeah 4-6g. It will take a bit more or less depending on how well melted it is, how many air pockets etc. The coin will just be thinner or thicker
