Let me explain what for I made this model, in my family we all like a lot to prepare our grandma recipes and sometimes it needs to cook for long long time at low temp without lid, and of course we wanted to use our amazing Monsieur Cuisine for that, so, I needed to create this hack to cook without it lid.
