I wanted a protective cap for my 4-wire trailer plug.

The plug i have is round and pin are somewhat protected so all other design wouldn’t fit.

So i made one from scratch using Onshape.

This fit snug on the plug using TPU but there seams to be plenty of different model so check for measurement first.

Filament: Sunlu TPU 95A

Nozzle: 0.4mm

Layer Height: 0.2mm

Infill: Grid

Infill : 15%

Brims: Disabled

Installing:

Use the hole at the end to slide the plug through so you don’t loose the cap.

* You can add some "Dielectric grease" inside to keep the contact all clean and lubricated. *
