Bag Clip

 

Simply repack the filament rolls in the bags in which they were sealed. PLA is good for this print.

 

Cut the foil only at the edge so that it can be used again. After use, place the filament in the foil and close it with the large clip.

Then everything will fit back into the original box.

Bend the corners of the foil bag inward so that the clip spans the entire width of the foil. Starting at one end, press the two halves of the clip together there and immediately apply a safety catch by placing it on the closed end. Then close the rest of the clip, probably using some force to pinch the layers of film. When the foil is fully clamped, secure the other end by placing a fuse on it. You can push the fuses together as far as you like.

 

Don't forget to put in a baggie of drying granules to soak up any moisture trapped in the bag!

 

Kitchen Help

 

Use the clip to close other bags, for example flour, pasta, cereal or whatever.

Folien-Clip

 

Verpacken Sie die Filamentrollen einfach wieder in die Beutel, in denen sie eingeschweißt waren. Lässt sich einfach mit PLA drucken.

 

Schneiden Sie die Folie nur am Rand ab, damit sie wieder verwendet werden kann. Nach dem Gebrauch legen Sie das Filament in die Folie und verschließen diese mit dem großen Clip.

 

Dann passt alles wieder in den Originalkarton.

 

Biegen Sie die Ecken des Folienbeutels nach innen, so dass der Clip über die gesamte Breite der Folie reicht. Beginnen Sie an einem Ende, drücken Sie dort die beiden Hälften des Clips zusammen und bringen Sie sofort eine Sicherung an, indem Sie sie auf das geschlossene Ende setzen. Schließen Sie dann den Rest der Klammer, eventuell mit etwas Kraftaufwand, um die Folienschichten einzuklemmen. Wenn die Folie vollständig eingeklemmt ist, sichern Sie das andere Ende, indem Sie eine Sicherung anbringen. Du kannst die Sicherungen so weit zusammenschieben, wie du willst.

 

Vergiss nicht, ein Tütchen mit Trocknungsgranulat hineinzulegen, um die in der Tüte eingeschlossene Feuchtigkeit aufzusaugen!

 

 

Küchenhilfe

Verwenden Sie den Clip, um andere Tüten zu verschließen, zum Beispiel Mehl, Nudeln, Kornflakes oder was auch immer.

Printed well. It takes quite a bit of force to 1st fold the filament plastic cover so it fits (it is wider than the clip) and force it in between the 2 clip parts... The clip fits into the original Bambulab filament box (the big one, incl. spool). I'll still revert to my old storage way - wrap filament in plastic cover and put all in the box - this clip is a bit too complicated for me...

A good print but Bambu bags need to be folded to use the clip, this makes it a bit thick for the clip, in my experience of one clip and Bambu filament bags.

Yes, there is a version for thicker and thinner foils. The version you printed is for thinner foils.
