Description
For my first attempts at flying in the forest, I wanted a little more protection for the camera.
If installed like the original DJI gimbal protection, it should audibly clip into place on the top side

Holds perfectly, only on the bottom its a liiiiitle to loose maybe, but its working anyways perfectly. Thank you very much! :)
One question: Did you maybe planned to design a prop guard too? Because the Avata 2 has an unibody im scared to break the stock propguards.

I'm planning another revision of the model in the coming days, anything else that bothers you? Planning for rotor protection is in progress ;)

Not yet - I will see how it performs at the first flight - the weather isnt that good actually sadly so I can only give feedback in some days. :) But atm its easy to print and it holds good, even after fast movements the protector holds.

I tried to keep the visual Image as clear as pissible, a bit can bei seen on the right/ left

Perfect, what's just a shame is that you can see one of the edges on the camera. It would be good to try to correct this problem because when recording a video it ruins everything.

I noticed and am in the process of correcting it. Can you tell me where the protection appeared in the field of vision? This way I know where I need to improve.

I see the protection appear on the left edge, it just needs to be either thinner or further apart by a millimeter or two.

no the exact contrary, you cannot use the cover. I did a bumper to use the cover too, check my page

I use PLA to test the prototypes for the models and it was too fragile with standard PLA. With TPU I don't know whether the protection in the drone is properly clamped and therefore holds

better to use petg...the pla suffers from deformations with heat
