Its a filament spool holder / dry box where we can fill silica bags and keep out filament dry.

Instruction to use:

Step 1: Try to insert the filament through the hole of the base.

Step 2: Then place the filament inside the box.

Step 3: Insert the silica bags (quantity is up to you )

Step 3: Close the lid.

Try to print the lid in PETG for better flexibility.
