Hello! This is my first shared design on Makerworld.

I found a very nice design for the esc I planned on using for my DIY electric skateboard project. I wanted something that would fit my personal aesthetics, so I used it as inspiration and designed this enclosure in Onshape. You can find it here. I have also uploaded the .STEP file if you want to make any changes outside of Onshape.

I was able to print this 3-piece enclosure in about 4 hours with the stock “Generic ASA” Profile without supports enabled using Polymaker PolyLite™ ASA.

• Designed to fit a Dual FSESC 6.6 Plus from Flipsky.
• Allows for airflow past the esc heatsink for better cooling.
• Meant to be mounted above the deck with the truck bolts.
• Motor wires exit out towards the tail and uses PG-16 cable glands.
• Power wires exit towards the nose and is terminated with a QS-8 connector which is epoxied to enclosure body.
• Includes provisions to mount a 16mm marine switch and a 40mm x 40mm fan for cooling.
• Requires 12 - M3-0.5 x 10mm Flanged Button Head Screws to assemble the enclosure. 6 to secure the body to the base, and 6 to secure the lid to the body.
