I wanted to use the “X1C AMS Buffer Guide (output)” by @ultrajaxel (link) on my printer, but ALSO wanted to be able to turn the metal spool holder (that comes with the printer) upside-down. The reason is that I wanted to use one of the many spool “roller” mods out there, such as the one from @truetheframe (link).
Using the dimensions of the part from @ultrajaxel, as well as the dimensions of the printer's metal spool holder, I redesigned a part that would fit the bill.
Note, you will need slightly longer M3 screws than the ones that come with the printer, to mount the spool holder. Rather than M3x8 screws, I recommend M3x10.
