Description

A fidget toy designed to resemble the Bambu Lab AMS.

Each filament spool ratchets and makes a satisfying sound when spun!

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Cut a 60mm length of 1.75mm filament.

Step 2: Attach the lid and base of the AMS together using the 60mm filament as a hinge.

If the filament doesn't fit, ensure there is no support material in the hinge. If it still doesn't fit, adjust your print settings and try again (or use a drill/lighter).

Step 3: Assemble the 4 filament spools.

The 2 halves should snap together firmly without glue.

Step 4: Put the spools into the AMS and use the square bar to lock them into place.

Step 5: You're done!

If the filament spools don't rotate properly. Ensure that the ratchet piece is facing the correct direction, or flip the spools around.

Habe das AMS gleich drucken müssen. Den Maßstab auf 1:5 angepasst das es auf das Model vom X1C passt. Das AMS war gut zu drucken. Den Deckel habe ich transparent gedruckt das man die Rollen auch in geschlossenem Zustand sieht. Danke für das bereitstellen der Daten.

wie hast du es skaliert im Vergleich zur Originaldatei oder besser gesagt was ist der Maßstab der Originaldatei? Ich würde mir das so gerne auf das Modell des p1s stellen !!

Hallo mnschulze, das Model des X1C hat den Maßstab 1:5. Das AMS hat die Abmessungen 368x283x224 (BxTxH). Ich habe alle Teile angewählt und dann so skaliert das das AMS wenn man es einzeln anwählt und auf skalieren geht einigermaßen auf die Maße 73,6x56,6 (BxT) kommt. das wäre genau Maßstab 1:5. Leider ist das Modell nicht Maßstabsgerecht. Also habe ich vermittelt und bin bei 74,4x49,6 gelandet was dann ungefähr 1:5 entspricht. Es sah für mich so am besten aus.

Absolutely amazing model had to use supports for the lid but that went good printed in PETG basic blue

It ended up really great! Print quality is great, and the ratchet is very satisfying! I don’t have an AMS, so I had to switch colors each time, but it was worth it! The hinge works well, I only had to drill a hole in one of the parts to get it to fit. The pin was difficult to get perfectly flush on both sides, so I had to trim it a little to get it to close well.

Very cute! Printed perfectly, but, I had a completely unrelated filament jam and Bambu Studio wouldn't let me rate it properly. Best I can do is leave a nice comment 👍
