Printed on my A1. My first attempt at a pixel-maker image, and to be honest I think I should've started with something smaller. I did have a problem adjoining the plates on all sides and when the base was completed I stapled them together to make the whole thing more secure. The whole thing measures 65 cm x 85 cm and took a fair bit of printing. I did most of it with a 0.4 mm nozzle, I tried a 0.6 mm nozzle and although this reduced the printing time for the components by a significant margin, the quality did suffer a bit. I stuck with the settings that were automatically applied by Bambu Studio. I'm sure an advanced user could tweak them if they wished to make it a bit quicker and less pla intensive. I used eSun pla+ white, red, gold and blue. If I have time, inclination and an abundance of white pla, I might complete the exterior of the crest with some more pixels but I'm not currently planning to.
