This is a graduation charm designed to be attached to a Lei for graduates. You can resize the print to fit your needs. I found the .svg of the cap online and added a ring on top.

great print prints great at normal size it loads but if you shrink it down the tassels don’t connect
but that’s ok cause I don’t need them on the print being so small
