This is a remix of the model by JDIREEN

Additions

  • RFID Feed hole allowing you take an existing RFID strip from a bambu spool and feed it into the inner spool
  • Improved Cable guide, enclosed the cable guide to make it easy to trap the filament enough to support respooling while still supporting AMS spool out transfer.

RFID Support

Take an original Bambu labs rfid strip from an old reel and feed it into the provided hole in the spool, this will give you automatical colour selection although weight tracking will be off.

Works great, fits genuine spools and printed ones well. Great idea about inserts for rfid. Filament insert slot holds well, CF filament still wants to jump out when starting to spool a reel, but I think that’s the nature of the filament. Printed in ABS for heat tolerance.
