The connector on the drawstrings of my Veneta aluminum blinds tends to pop open when opening/closing the blinds. So I made this model that slides over the connector making it impossible to pop open. My blinds were installed by the previous owner so I'm not entirely sure if this fits the current models. Looking at the current models suggests that the connectors are the same so it's probably fine.

Installation

1. Open the connector and disconnect it from the cords connected to the blinds.
2. Slide the model over the cords connected to the blind.
3. Put the cords back in to the connector and close the connector (if you're printing this you've probably done this a million times).
4. Slide the model over the connector and you're done (the model should fit snugly over the connector).

Notes

• If you use Orca Slicer 2.0.0-rc you can use the profile included with the “raw model files”. This profile uses scarf joint seams which looks nicer.
• I've printed this model in PLA, but ASA/ABS is probably better if it is exposed to sunlight.
