I printed with 0.4 Nozzle and 0.20 layer height and set elephant foot compensation to 0.2 mm for the first 10 layers. However this setting may be different for your printer.

This model also comes with snap-on teeth, and tongue that can work as a coin holder or a coin slider for thinner coins! The hinge mechanism is based on the filament string. Just slide the filament string through the holes and cut the sticking out parts.

Supports recommended except teeth.
