Snap-in version of cable clip. Just screw all clips in the wall and snap cable in.
Basic variations are uploaded as models, all of the other ones are in the Zip file. There are total of 15 variations.
Zip file contains all variations in folders grouped by cable size
Hole for screw is 3 mm (3/32"). Clip for 10mm cable has 4 mm or 1/8" hole.
All clamps have slightly rounded edges to reduce the possibility of damage to your cables.
PETG is perfect for this as it's flexible. I don't recommend PLA as it is too stiff and from my tests.
Before you ask:
I chose hexagonal holes for screws because I noticed many people have issue with vertical round holes.
The "blob" at the end of the clip serves to increase the adhesion of the layers and hopefully reduce the possibility of an over-tightened screw destroying the clip.
If you need other sizes or dimensions, just ask in comments. I got you. ❤️
TODO:
Important: use arachne wall generator, as classic slicer will leave small hole in the neck of the clip and therefore reducing strength.
100% infill or 12 walls. Enable Avoid crossing walls.
Pretty much use standard 0.2 mm standard profile.
I recommend to use glue if you are printing thin ones without brim. Test one before printing large amount ;)
Model filename contains all dimensions:
cable30_th1_29.stl
th1_29 - “neck” thickness
cable30 - space for cable (diameter of inside hole)
Thickness of the neck, higher value means more stiff and less flexible cable clip, but more durable. I tried to match default line width settings for 0.4 standard nozzle size.

Size of heck/arc for cable.
