This is a poop bag dispenser sized for amazon poop bags, but should also fit similarly sized bag rolls. It fits 4 rolls and has a hook on the side for hanging a poop bag holder.

It is printed in PETG since it will need to withstand outdoor conditions.

I've mounted it with “nano” double sided tape. It is very strong and has adhered to both the wood of the deck and the printed part very well. However if necessary I could look into adding screw holes for mounting it more permanently.
