Supports: RPi Zero 2 W, PiSugar3, and Waveshare 2.13" e-ink hat

I wanted a Pwnagotchi case that latched/locked shut without additional hardware, and I didn't see any that really called out to me… So I made my own! :D

Improvements are continuous, so if you have any comments about how it can be improved, don't hesitate to mention them.

This is a quick and easy print in any filament of your choosing. If you have other UPS models you'd like me to add compatibility for, please let me know. Additionally, I may produce a slim version as well for those who would rather use external power.

The updated "modified latch" file solves the issue where the door didn't fully close with an sd card. Prints perfectly. The brim is a little difficult to completely remove in some places easily, not sure if it's totally needed or not. The only real issue I had is the door does not latch when I have a microSD card inserted.

Oh gosh! Can you show me where the interference is with the SD card?

I sent you a message with a picture showing that. Based on a comment from another model, I did a test print at 102% scale which gave enough clearance for the SD card.

howdy, seems like the tolerances are too tight to support UPS Lite. in addition, the brim uses the same filament type as the text one, which makes it hard to pull and the text to be barely readable (probably only on the first layer?). good model and I’m happy for that though :)

sorry to hear about the text! I’ll check the profile again, but I thought I had made the line with 0.25 on the initial layer.

also, I can definitely loosen up the tolerances for UPS. Lite and adjust the port holes. I went with Pisugar due to the USB-C charging port :)

could you be able to post a stl file? i have tried to convert the 3mf but havent had much luck.

If you're dragging it into Bambu Studio, select "Import Geometry only" then "No" when it asks you to scale it. If you're opening it up directly from the file, select "Import as one file with multiple parts" Let me know if this helps. If it doesn't, I can upload the .STL. The only problem is that the text won't be separated.
