A simple soldering fumes extractor and/or VTX fan for working on the bench.
The case can be printed in a hard plastic, PLA/PETG/ASA, while the dampeners are (in theory) to be in TPU.
The shoulders are completely decorative, so which ever plastic you want, If you want to print them. There are some fans that won't allow these shoulder to be in place.
The “filter lid” should be printed in hard plastic too.
I have printed the logo separately and just insert it in the shape in the case with a drop of glue. I have 3 sizes since depending which filament you use (hard vs soft) you may want to use one size vs the other.
