I don't like the designs or supports of HomePodMini mounts. I also wanted to mount at head height, as I use lots of these for home automation. I wanted a design that is secure and hard to knock off, but minimal and can't really be seen.
So this is my design, it uses the base rubber ring of the HomePodMini to be secure. Though through testing I found a bit of variance in these that seems to be color dependant, it should work for all, but has the added safety of the wire loop. I design the screw mounts inside to be out of sight.
Please print at finest quality due to angle of overhangs. The provided profiles should work.
I do plan to update this with a different style, also I intend to do a wall mount 45 degree, or maybe 35.
Although this works for the 6 devices I have, it maybe that you have one that has a slight different diameter rubber base, and it may not sit correct. Feel free to reach out and I can add a variant you you can slightly scale in slicer.
