Description
I have developed a stackable frame structure that can be stacked on top of each other, similar to building blocks. The advantage of this system is the ability to create a wide variety of frame sizes with simple means. Even L-shaped constructions can be achieved with just one component. The printing process is entirely support-free. The set includes the corner piece, the T-connector, and the threaded insert for leveling on the ground. The thread is M10 standard. I printed the T-connector at a 45-degree angle, as visible in the 5th+6th image. For outdoor use, I used PETG. I was able to print eight pieces at once on the BambuLab X1C. The wooden slats are readily available from the hardware store and have a standard size of 28x48 mm. The frame in the picture measures 2000x600 mm. Your imagination knows no bounds. Plans also include door and lid elements... have fun with it!
