This is a tin for storing cotton swabs.
You insert cotton swabs into the black lower part.
Then you put the whole thing in the white case and you're done.
Now you pull the button at the top and take out a stick at the bottom.

Dies ist eine Dose zum Aufbewahren von Wattestäbchen.
Man steckt im schwarzen unteren Teil Wattestäbchen rein.
Dann steckt man das Ganze in die weiße Hülle und fertig.
Jetzt zieht man oben am Knopf und unten entnimmt man sich ein Stäbchen.
