REUPLOAD FROM PRINTABLES

For Samla 45L / 65L box, I´m using it as dry filament storage. I reposted the model from printables here to share it with you.

I needed this great design from Canislupus for a 22l samla box, so I recreate a clean fusion 360 file based on his v1 for sharing and allowing easy further modifications.

Two models are proposed

• 11-22l samla box clip v1
  • Tested with 11l and 22l, it should be compatible with 5l box too, can anyone confirm that ?
  • Rounded edge to better fit samla box
  • Little chamfer for better print quality
  • Tighter close compared to the 45-65l original one

  • Tested with 45l and 65l

  • I was not planning to publish it in the first place but the print result of the hinge is better with this version than Canislupus original one. Since it should be identical from the original file I took in reference, I am not sure why but I think it is because I have regenerated the stl mesh from the clean new model I have created, maybe more polygons, so tolerances get better.

Printing feedback

• Print in place, 5 walls/perimeters, 15%-30% infill, any material
• Tip: half print the model work really well, just cut in the middle (20 mm) when positionning in the slicer as illustrated, half time gain
• Use some glue or double side tape for a durable fixation on the ikea samla box
