Mini pelle et sa brosse pour ramasser les poussières de filament qui tombent au fond de ma X1C

Une cavité sur le dessous est prévue pour y loger un aimant de 10mm et d'épaisseur 1.5mm, afin de le ranger sur le côté de votre imprimante favorite.

Peut également servir comme racloir à plateau.

La partie basse de la brosse doit être découpée au cutter.

Personnellement, j'ai passé les poils à la toile émeri pour donner une forme plus arrondie.

A cavity on the bottom is provided to accommodate a 10mm magnet with a thickness of 1.5mm, in order to store it on the side of your favorite printer.

Can also be used as a tray scraper.

Personally, I passed the bristles with emery cloth to give a more rounded shape.

It seems there is nothing set for the slicer to have the mini broom printed nicely. My first attempt ended after I stopped the print at around 22 layers because of a huge blob of Sunlu PLA hanging in and below the nozzle (felt down after cranking up to 250 degrees and wait a bit). The 2nd try - using Bambu PLA - was also stopped by me; see picture with the result. The plate is clean, the PLAs are carefully configured.

Hi, Sorry this happened to you. I printed the broom myself several times before publishing my model. I use an X1C printer with Bambulab filament. In your photo, I don't see any trace of glue, which is essential on a smooth PEI plate. Are you using filament maybe a little too wet? Maybe you should lower the print speed... In any case, the other members who downloaded this model have not reported any anomalies to me. I am at your disposal for further questions.

Hi, thank you for your reply and sharing your work! There is no need for glue when the smooth plate is clean and using PLA. I however used the textured plate and set the overall speed to 50% (silent mode) to give it a try. The result is not as it should, as you can see here.
